Cabo Grill's Philosophy
 

We pride ourselves in offering our guests high quality, authentic Mexican food as well as some new twists to some traditional favorites. Our philosophy is to provide fresh Mexican food using only the highest quality produce, all white meat chicken, USDA choice beef, fresh pork and seafood.

We use the finest non-hydrogenated cholesterol free oil to fry in. Our salsa bar is filled with fresh salsas made daily. Our house margaritas are made with one of Mexico's most respected Tequila families "Sauza."
